Masked ICE officers. Two John Does. One lawsuit.
Robert Peck says the officers threatened him with arrest as he documented their activity in Maine. Now, a court filing identifies them by name. DHS told MS NOW in a statement that “ICE stresses integrity and ethical behavior, and the vast majority of ICE employees perform their duties with professionalism and honor.”
The allegations remain unresolved. But the officers are no longer anonymous.
