Russian President Vladimir Putin and his South African counterpart Cyril Ramaphosa held bilateral meeting on Friday (September 11) ahead of BRICS summit scheduled for the weekend, September 12 and 13.
The leader of two founding members of BRICS group both said they were happy to meet again and to have an opportunity to exchange views on bilateral and international matters.
The previous meeting between Putin and Ramaphosa took place at BRICS summit in Russia’s Kazan in October 2024.
