WATCH: Congress leader Deepender Singh Hooda reacted to the building collapse near Satya Niketan in South-West Delhi, raising questions over the emergency response.
Hooda alleged that students remain trapped inside the collapsed building and claimed that some were sending videos from inside. He also alleged that the fire brigade, police and ambulance reached the spot late.
“Nobody is there to take responsibility for the incident,” Hooda said, while criticising the situation at the collapse site.
Rescue operations are underway as teams continue searching the rubble for survivors. The allegations regarding delays and the response have not been independently verified.
