A light-hearted moment unfolded during a rally in Poughkeepsie, New York, as Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (AOC) was interrupted by a supporter shouting, “AOC for president!”
Blushing at the unexpected call, AOC smiled and responded, “I’m going to need us to focus.”
The rally was part of the Hudson Valley’s final push to re-elect Democratic Representative Pat Ryan ahead of the US Midterm Elections.
