Russia has attacked the frontline Ukrainian city of Kramatorsk with eight aerial bombs, killing one person and injuring 18 others when apartment blocks were badly damaged, causing several floors to collapse.
Russia rejected any proposal for an immediate halt to the fighting and warned it would “dismantle” anything used to support Ukraine from the west.
