Saju or four pillars divination is a centuries old tradition that originated in East Asia. It was once one of the only professions open to blind or visually impaired Koreans. After the Korean war, a number of Saju shamans made their way to Seoul, and set up the Mia-ri fortune telling village in South Korean capital.
