The model arrived in a box truck before emerging as a giant severed replica of her own left hand, with two fingers serving as her legs. Klum said the idea came from looking at her hand and wondering if she could fit inside a larger version of it.
Her longtime makeup artist Mike Marino helped turn the unusual concept into reality. The star also posed with three of her children at the October 31 celebration. Known for her elaborate Halloween transformations, Klum showed once again why her annual party draws so much attention.
