A Nigerian military aircraft crashed in southwestern Ondo state on Monday, killing all 32 people on board, including 25 passengers and seven crew members. The ATR-42 aircraft was flying from Benin City to Lagos when air traffic controllers lost contact with it.
The wreckage was later found near Igbokoda, where rescue teams searched the crash site. President Bola Tinubu expressed his condolences to the families of those killed as authorities investigate the cause of the crash.
