Russia plans to hold a business forum bringing together companies from Russia, the United States and Germany in 2027, Russian presidential aide Kirill Dmitriev said on Saturday, adding that the event had received support from Germany’s Alternative for Germany party and the American Chamber of Commerce. Dmitriev said more than 20 requests had already been received from German businesses and that the forum would seek to revive joint business projects and prevent political disputes from severing commercial ties. He said organisers were considering a neutral country in or near the Middle East as the venue and expected to announce the location toward the end of 2026.
