The Wall Street Journal reports Corey Lewandowski, a former top DHS adviser, pitched Qatari and Emirati officials on hiring him on the side to help with issues that fall under DHS, according to people familiar with his outreach. Lewandowski’s team denies that he sought contracts with foreign government or that he played any role in contract negotiations during his time at DHS.
