Tiger Woods Gets 5-Yr Driving License Suspension in Plea Deal | Golf Legend Faces Driving Ban | N18G
Tiger Woods has received a five-year driver’s license suspension after reaching a plea deal in his impaired-driving case.

The 15-time major champion appeared in court on Wednesday, September 2, as Judge Darren Steele confirmed that two five-year license suspensions will run concurrently — one connected to a reckless driving charge and another to a careless driving citation.

The judge issued a strong warning, telling Woods that if he drives for any reason during the suspension, he could immediately return to jail. Woods was also ordered to pay fines and has 30 days to appeal the ruling.

The 50-year-old golf legend arrived at the Martin County Courthouse in Florida with girlfriend Vanessa Trump. Woods did not answer questions from reporters outside the courthouse.
