Canada will impose fresh tariffs on the United States after trade negotiations between the two countries ended without an agreement, Prime Minister Mark Carney said on Saturday.
The move follows Washington’s decision to impose 50 percent duties on around US Dollars 20 billion worth of Canadian products, equivalent to 5.5 percent of Canada’s exports to the US.
