During a raid conducted by the Food dept authorities, a canteen inside Vikas Soudha, located within the Vidhana Soudha premises, was found infested with cockroaches.
Cockroaches were reportedly found on food plates during raids at the canteen.
Vikas Soudha houses the chambers of several ministers and many IAS officers.
